Meaning 1: Pursue in an attempt to catch another (đi theo)
Example: GO AFTER him and apologize.
Meaning 2: Pursue an object or a goal (nảy ra)
Example: Inspired, the scientist WENT right AFTER the new idea.
Meaning 1: Violate; to breach; to break (phá)
Example: What he did GOES AGAINST the rules.
Meaning 2: Be unfavourable to someone (không ưa thích)
Example: The court’s decision WENT AGAINST them.
Meaning 3: Be contrary to a trend, feeling or principle (đối nghịch)
