1. starving (adj) đói ăn = very hungry
(dying because of not having enough food)

- The cats were neglected and starving.
- Isn't lunch ready yet? I'm starving.
2. starvation (n) sự đói, sự thiếu ăn; sự chết đói
(the state of having no food for a long period, often causing death)
IELTS TUTOR xét ví dụ:
- 20 million people face starvation unless a vast emergency aid programme is launched.
- The animals had died of starvation.
3. starved (adj)
IELTS TUTOR xét ví dụ:
- He is starved to death.(IELTS TUTOR giải thích: Nó bị bỏ đói đến chết)
3.1. half-starved (adj) = dangerously thin = ốm dơ xương

3.2. be starved of sth (adj) thiếu
(to not have enough of something that is needed)
