1. prevailing (adj) đang thịnh hành, phổ biến khắp, rất thông dụng (đồ vật..)
(existing in a particular place or at a particular time/existing and accepted)

- Legging jeans is a prevailing fashion. (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: Quần jeans legging là mốt đang thịnh hành)
- There seems to be a prevailing notion. (IELTS TUTOR giải thích: Đó có vẻ là một khái niệm hiện hành)
2. prevalence (noun) sự phổ biến, sự thịnh hành, sự lan khắp, sự thường thấy
(the fact that something is very common or happens often)
